Admission Process

At SISA Academy, we strive to make the admission process as smooth as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through:

Online Application Form

Parents can submit the application form via our online portal.
Ensure that all required information is filled in accurately. The application must include: Student’s personal details Previous academic records (for Grades 1 and above) Parent/guardian contact details

Eligibility Criteria

SISA Academy welcomes applications for students from Nursery to Grade XII. Here’s a brief overview of the eligibility criteria for admission: Nursery & Kindergarten: The child should be at least 3 years old for Nursery admission and 4 years old for Kindergarten. Grade 1 and Above: Admission is based on seat availability, and the child must have successfully completed the previous grade. An entrance test may be conducted for higher grades.

Interaction/Entrance Test

For Nursery & KG:
Interaction sessions with the child and parents are conducted to understand the child’s readiness for school.
For Grades 1 and Above:
Students may be required to take an entrance test focusing on key subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science. The test helps us assess the child's academic level and ensures a smooth transition into the curriculum.

Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted during the admission process:
« Copy of birth certificate (for Nursery & KG)
« Transfer certificate (for students seeking admission to Grade 1 and above)
« Academic report card from the previous school
« Passport-sized photographs of the child and parents/guardians
« Aadhaar Card or any other valid ID proof

Admission Confirmation

Once the interaction or test results are reviewed, parents will be notified via email regarding the admission status. Upon selection, parents are required to complete the admission formalities, including:

Payment of the admission and school fees
Submission of all required documents
Signing the admission agreement
